- compat_binfmt_elf-definition-tweak.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     COMPAT_BINFMT_ELF definition tweak
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     compat_binfmt_elf-definition-tweak.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Don't repeat BINFMT_ELF definition, simply multiply COMPAT and BINFMT_ELF.
