- checkpatch-include-asm-checks-should-be-anchored.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     checkpatch: include/asm checks should be anchored
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-include-asm-checks-should-be-anchored.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

It is possible to have other include/asm paths within the tree which are
not subject to the do not edit checks.  Ignore those.
