- tpm-update-char-dev-bkl-pushdown.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     tpm: update char dev BKL pushdown
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     tpm-update-char-dev-bkl-pushdown.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Remove the BKL calls from the TPM driver, which were added in the overall
misc-char-dev-BKL-pushdown.patch, as they are not needed.
