The patch titled
     acpi: toshiba_acpi.c fix sparse signedness mismatch warnings
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     acpi-toshiba_acpic-fix-sparse-signedness-mismatch-warnings.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

set_bit expects unsigned int, and we start with a u32 anyway.
