The patch titled
     cpualloc: use cpu allocator instead of the builtin modules per cpu allocator
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cpualloc-use-cpu-allocator-instead-of-the-builtin-modules-per-cpu-allocator.patch

This patch was dropped because it got shat on

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
