- cpuset-hotplug-documentation-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     cpuset: hotplug documentation fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cpuset-hotplug-documentation-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

If all the cpus in a cpuset are offlined, the tasks in it will be moved to
the nearest ancestor with non-empty cpus.
