- x86-tracehook-syscall.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86: tracehook syscall
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86-tracehook-syscall.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

This changes x86 syscall tracing to use the new tracehook.h entry points. 
There is no change, only cleanup.
