- freescale-diu-add-virtual-resolution-and-panning-support.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     freescale DIU: add virtual resolution and panning support
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     freescale-diu-add-virtual-resolution-and-panning-support.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Application can now have the virtual resoltuion and use FBIOPAN_DISPLAY
ioctl to pan.
