- kexec-jump-clean-up-ifdef-and-comments.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     kexec jump: clean up #ifdef and comments
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kexec-jump-clean-up-ifdef-and-comments.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Move if (kexec_image->preserve_context) { ...  } into #ifdef
CONFIG_KEXEC_JUMP to make code looks cleaner.

Fix no longer correct comments of kernel_kexec().
