The patch titled
     drivers/isdn/capi/kcapi.c: Adjust error handling code involving capi_ctr_put
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     drivers-isdn-capi-kcapic-adjust-error-handling-code-involving-capi_ctr_put.patch
