- tracehook-kerneldoc-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     tracehook: kerneldoc fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     tracehook-kerneldoc-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

My last change to tracehook.h made it confuse the kerneldoc parser.
Move the #define's before the comment so it's happy again.
