The patch titled
scsi: megaraid_sas: add the shutdown DCMD cmd to driver shutdown routine
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
scsi-megaraid_sas-add-the-shutdown-dcmd-cmd-to-driver-shutdown-routine.patch
