The patch titled
fix lru_cache_add_active_or_unevictable
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
swap-cull-unevictable-pages-in-fault-path-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into swap-cull-unevictable-pages-in-fault-path.patch

Undo an overzealous code cleanup to lru_cache_add_active_or_unevictable.
The callers do not set PageActive so the page would get added to the wrong
list.
