- include-video-atmel_lcdch-must-include-linux-workqueueh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     include/video/atmel_lcdc.h must #include <linux/workqueue.h>
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     include-video-atmel_lcdch-must-include-linux-workqueueh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

(atmel_lcdfb: FIFO underflow management):
