The patch titled
     dma-mapping-x86-per-device-dma_mapping_ops-support-x86-calgary-fix-handling-of-devces-that-arent-behind-the-calgary-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86-calgary-fix-handling-of-devices-that-arent-behind-the-calgary-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into x86-calgary-fix-handling-of-devices-that-arent-behind-the-calgary.patch
