The patch titled
     dma-mapping-add-the-device-argument-to-dma_mapping_error-pasemi_mac
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dma-mapping-add-the-device-argument-to-dma_mapping_error-pasemi_mac.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into dma-mapping-add-the-device-argument-to-dma_mapping_error.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
