- res_counter-limit-change-support-ebusy.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     res_counter: limit change support ebusy
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     res_counter-limit-change-support-ebusy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Add an interface to set limit.  This is necessary to memory resource
controller because it shrinks usage at set limit.

Other controllers may not need this interface to shrink usage because
shrinking is not necessary or impossible.
