- quota-cleanup-loop-in-sync_dquots.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     quota: cleanup loop in sync_dquots()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     quota-cleanup-loop-in-sync_dquots.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Make loop in sync_dquots() checking whether there's something to write
more readable, remove useless variable and macro info_any_dirty() which
is used only in this place.
