The patch titled
Remove useless calls to INIT_RCU_HEAD in the idr code
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
idr-make-idr_get_new-rcu-safe-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into idr-make-idr_get_new-rcu-safe.patch
