- fbdev-xoffset-yoffset-and-yres-are-unsigned.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     fbdev: xoffset, yoffset and yres are unsigned
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fbdev-xoffset-yoffset-and-yres-are-unsigned.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The xoffset, yoffset and yres members of fb_var_screeninfo are __u32. 
Make them unsigned in the code as well.
