checkpatch: improve type matcher debug
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
checkpatch-improve-type-matcher-debug.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Improve type matcher debug so we can see what it does match. As part
of this move us to to using the common debug framework.
