has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
page_align-correctly-handle-64-bit-values-on-32-bit-architectures-mips-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into page_align-correctly-handle-64-bit-values-on-32-bit-architectures.patch

This patch is killing me.
include/linux/sched.h: In function `arch_pick_mmap_layout':
include/linux/sched.h:2136: error: implicit declaration of function `PAGE_ALIGN'
mips uses PAGE_ALIGN in TASK_UNMAPPED_BASE.
Don't wanna include mm.h from sched.h
Including mm.h from include/asm-mips/processor.h explodes in lots of ways.
Give up and open-code it
