The patch titled
     hugetlb-introduce-pud_huge-s390-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hugetlb-introduce-pud_huge-s390-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into hugetlb-introduce-pud_huge.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
