The patch titled
     mlock-mlocked-pages-are-unevictable: fix truncate race and sevaral comments
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mlock-mlocked-pages-are-unevictable-fix-truncate-race-and-sevaral-comments.patch
