- asic3-new-gpio-configuration-code.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     asic3: new gpio configuration code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     asic3-new-gpio-configuration-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The ASIC3 GPIO configuration code is a bit obscure and hardly readable. 
This patch changes it so that it is now more readable and understandable,
by being more explicit.
