- nommu-fix-ksize-abuse.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     nommu: fix ksize() abuse
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nommu-fix-ksize-abuse.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The nommu binfmt code uses ksize() for pointers returned from do_mmap()
which is wrong.  This converts the call-sites to use the nommu specific
kobjsize() function which works as expected.
