The patch titled
PNP: skip UNSET MEM resources as well as DISABLED ones
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
pnp-skip-unset-mem-resources-as-well-as-disabled-ones.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

We don't need to reserve "unset" resources. Trying to reserve them
results in messages like this, which are ugly but harmless:
system 00:08: iomem range 0x0-0x0 could not be reserved
Future PNP patches will remove use of IORESOURCE_UNSET, but we still
need it for now.
