- regulator-regulator-driver-interface.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     regulator: regulator driver interface
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     regulator-regulator-driver-interface.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

This allows regulator drivers to register their regulators and provide
operations to the core.  It also has a notifier call chain for propagating
regulator events to clients.
