- atl1-fix-broken-suspend-and-resume.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     atl1: fix broken suspend and resume
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     atl1-fix-broken-suspend-and-resume.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Fix atl1_suspend() and atl1_resume() so they actually work.  We'll use the
suspend function for wake-on-lan in addition to just suspending.
