The patch titled
     cpufreq: change cpu freq arrays to per_cpu variables
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cpufreq-change-cpu-freq-arrays-to-per_cpu-variables.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Change cpufreq_policy and cpufreq_governor pointer tables from arrays to
per_cpu variables in the cpufreq subsystem.

Also some minor complaints from checkpatch.pl fixed.
