The patch titled
     pnp-fix-printk-format-warnings-fix-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pnp-fix-printk-format-warnings-fix-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into pnp-fix-printk-format-warnings.patch
