- fuse-fix-node-id-type.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     fuse: fix node ID type
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fuse-fix-node-id-type.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Node ID is 64bit but it is passed as unsigned long to some functions.  This
breakage wasn't noticed, because libfuse uses unsigned long too.
