- pc300-update-to-tty_set_operations.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pc300: Update to tty_set_operations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pc300-update-to-tty_set_operations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

This driver somehow escaped the tty operations changes way back when.  Update
it so that we can switch to tty->ops shortly.
