- ptrace-introduce-ptrace_reparented-helper.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ptrace: introduce ptrace_reparented() helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ptrace-introduce-ptrace_reparented-helper.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Add another trivial helper for the sake of grep.  It also auto-documents the
fact that ->parent != real_parent implies ->ptrace.

No functional changes.
