The patch titled
mm: bdi: export bdi_writeout_inc() fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-bdi-export-bdi_writeout_inc-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-bdi-export-bdi_writeout_inc.patch
