The patch titled
     CGroups _s64 files: use read_s64/write_s64 in CFS cgroup for rt_runtime file
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cgroups-_s64-files-use-read_s64-write_s64-in-cfs-cgroup-for-rt_runtime-file.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
