Subject: kbuild: remove duplicate, conflicting entry for oom.h
From: "Robert P. J. Day" <rpjday@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

oom.h is already tagged for unifdef'ing, so its entry as a simple exportable
header should be deleted.
