The patch titled
     signals-do_tkill-dont-use-tasklist_lock-comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     signals-do_tkill-dont-use-tasklist_lock-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into signals-do_tkill-dont-use-tasklist_lock.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
