- aio-remove-misleading-comment-from-ioctx_lookup.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     aio: fix misleading comments
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     aio-remove-misleading-comment-from-ioctx_lookup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The FIXME comments are inaccurate.
The locking comment over lookup_ioctx() is wrong.
