- lxfb-disable-suspend-vt-switch-by-default.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     lxfb: disable suspend VT switch by default
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lxfb-disable-suspend-vt-switch-by-default.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

By default disable VT switch, but allow it to be overridden via the
'vt_switch' module arg.
