- lxfb-clean-up-final-bits-of-df_regs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     lxfb: clean up final bits of df_regs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lxfb-clean-up-final-bits-of-df_regs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Finally drop the last remnants of df_regs, using vp_regs instead.  Also, drop
panel_width and panel_height from lxfb_par; they're unused.
