- hisax-depend-on-config_pnp-not-__isapnp__.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     hisax: depend on CONFIG_PNP, not __ISAPNP__
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hisax-depend-on-config_pnp-not-__isapnp__.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The PNP driver interfaces depend on CONFIG_PNP, so test that rather than
__ISAPNP__.
