The patch titled
     mac80211: michael.c use unaligned/byteorder helpers
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mac80211-michaelc-use-unaligned-byteorder-helpers.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

get/put_unaligned and the byteorder helpers.
