- ata-swncq-should-be-enabled-by-default.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ata: SWNCQ should be enabled by default
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ata-swncq-should-be-enabled-by-default.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
