Subject: memory hotplug: align memmap to page size
From: Yasunori Goto <y-goto@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

To free memmap more easily, this patch aligns it to page size. The bootmem
allocater may mix some objects into single pages. This is not good for
freeing the memmap of memory during hot-remove.
