The patch titled
     page flags: add PAGEFLAGS_FALSE for flags that are always false
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     page-flags-add-pageflags_false-for-flags-that-are-always-false.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

Turns out that there are a number of times that a flag is simply always
returning 0.  Define a macro for that.
