- char-riscom-fix-rc_board-indexing.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     char: riscom, fix rc_board indexing
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-riscom-fix-rc_board-indexing.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

In riscom8_init_module, rc_board should be indexed by i, not by 0, otherwise
the loop is useless.
