Subject: cgroups: add the trigger callback to struct cftype
From: Pavel Emelyanov <xemul@xxxxxxxxxx>

Trigger callback can be used to receive a kick-up from the user space. The
string written is ignored.

The cftype->private is used for multiplexing events.
