The patch titled
     genhd must_check warning fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     genhd-must_check-warning-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because I already had it

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
