The patch titled
     kernel-add-clamp-and-clamp_t-macros-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-add-clamp-and-clamp_t-macros-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kernel-add-clamp-and-clamp_t-macros.patch
